You won’t be able to contact BoxLotto via phone or live chat. We contacted them and got a response within a day and half. The quality of their support options is poor, in comparison to other lottery sites, but, again, it’s expected of a completely free service.

BoxLotto is for people who enjoy playing lotteries and if you don’t mind clicking through to sponsors sites, this is site is for you. BoxLotto is a weekly free lottery site. What marks it out as different from many of the other free lotteries available online is that the it uses the numbers drawn from the New York state lottery, not ‘computer generated numbers’ which are almost impossible to verify.
The website gives players a chance to win a cash prize of $250,000 or $250, $3 and 6 free tickets, or 3 free tickets, depending on how many numbers in their ticket emerged during the draw.
